Orders

Regina Renier Cosmetics aims to deal with each order with due care and attention and as quickly as possible. For orders received by telephone, there is a risk the recipient may receive a wrong delivery. Regina Renier is not responsible for errors in the order; this does not apply to orders made by e-mail. Regina Renier does not accept responsibility for orders that are not delivered on time. Regina Renier is responsible for orders that fail to be delivered to the addressee. TNT Post makes the deliveries. Any costs arising from no one being present to receive the delivery or failure to collect the parcel will be at your expense.

Payments

The price to be paid by the purchaser is the price stated in the current price list. The ownership of the delivered products remains with Regina Renier and only is only transferred once Regina Renier has received the full purchase price.

Postage costs

 There is a €10 charge for postage and administration for orders under €75. There is no charge for postage and administration on orders over €75.

Receipt of goods

If the goods delivered by Regina Renier are faulty, you must inform Regina Renier of this within 72 hours of receipt of the goods. After this period no complaints will be accepted and the products will be deemed to have been accepted by the purchaser.

Returns policy

Return of goods will only be accepted in the following cases after prior consultation:

Hidden errors for example in the packaging and if Regina Renier determines that the delivery does indeed not comply with the agreement. Return shipments sent carriage free will not be accepted. If the return of goods is justified then we will repay the costs of the product and the return postage costs.

Liability

With the exception of strict provisions of the applicable law, Regina Renier is not liable for indirect or resulting damage nor for other damage unless and if this latter was caused by intention or gross negligence on the part of Regina Renier. In no circumstance will Regina Renier be liable for damage if it cannot be excluded that this damage is due to an error on the part of the purchaser or of a person for whom the purchaser is responsible.

Amendments

Regina Renier is entitled at all times to amend the current version of the sales and delivery terms & conditions. Amended versions come into force when they are brought into circulation.

Applicable law

Each order, offer and agreement with Regina Renier is subject solely to Belgian law.
